Requirements: Licensed or Unlicensed Architect with 5-8 Years Professional Experience.
Location: KCMO and Lawrence, KS (Hybrid flexibility available but must live within 1 hr of Lawrence, KS)
Position Type: Full-Time
Hoke Ley Architecture & Design is seeking a talented and motivated Architect with 5-8 years of professional experience to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end custom residential and innovative commercial projects that prioritize sustainability, creativity, and a strong sense of place.
What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate on the design and execution of distinctive residential and commercial projects.
• Contribute to all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members.
• Work in a supportive and fast-paced environment that values thoughtful design and environmental stewardship.
What We’re Looking For:
•5-8 years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of custom residential and commercial work.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp (or similar 3D modeling software).
• Strong design sensibility, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• Licensure is a plus but not required.
• Passion for design excellence, sustainability, and high-quality execution.
