Assistant Commercial Property Manager

Hokanson Companies is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to help support day-to-day operations of commercial properties in southern Indiana and Illinois.
This role is a great fit for someone with administrative assistant, office coordinator, or customer service experience, or a recent graduate looking to start a career in property management.
Responsibilities:
- Answer emails and calls from clients, tenants, and vendors
- Schedule maintenance and coordinate contractors
- Track work orders and follow up on service requests
- Assist with inspections and property-related tasks
- Help process invoices and maintain records
- Support the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of admin, office, or customer service experience (or recent graduate)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Reliable transportation for regional travel
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in property management, real estate, or facilities
