About the role - What You’ll Do:We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team. As a KARATE Instructor, you will:
- Inspire & Lead: Plan and lead engaging KARATE activities for students from TK through 8th grade. 🥋
- Safety First: Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
- Build Character: Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork. 🤝
- Empower: Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement.
- Stay Organized: Maintain accurate attendance records and keep activity spaces clean and safe. 📝
Schedule & Compensation ⏰
- Days: Mondays & Wednesdays OR Mondays & Thursdays
- Hours: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Rate: $50 per hour
- 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the US
- Experience working with children in after-school or educational settings (Required).
- Ability and willingness to complete Live Scan, TB test, and additional trainings (School District requirements)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
