Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate – Warehouse

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and palletizing products, following established procedures, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares weight stacks – lifts from crates 
• Operates lift trucks
• Palletizes weight stacks, and gym equipment
• Takes inventory of weight stacks
• Bands, straps, and shrink-wraps pallets
• Operate a forklift safely (Forklift certification required).
• Scans weight stacks in and out inventory system 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Regular and Predictable Attendance
