At Hohman Rehab & Sports Therapy, our patients aren’t just appointments — they’re neighbors, friends, and family. We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Patient Care Coordinator to join our Apopka clinic and help create a smooth, welcoming, and supportive experience for every patient.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact, helping patients feel comfortable and confident while managing scheduling, communication, and insurance coordination.
Position Details
- Location: Apopka, FL
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Pay: $16 – $18/hour (based on experience, especially with insurance and collections)
- Type: Full-time, in-office

What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and care
- Schedule appointments and manage daily clinic flow
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with authorizations
- Communicate clearly with patients, therapists, and team members
- Handle calls, check-ins, and follow-ups, collections with accuracy

What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
- At least 1 year of healthcare front desk experience
- Experience with insurance verification and/or authorizations (strongly preferred)
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Able to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
