As an Engineer I, you’ll provide technical support on the production floor and gain hands-on experience in aerospace plating operations. This is an entry-level engineering role designed to develop into a long-term career path in process and quality engineering.

- Support production teams with technical troubleshooting and operator training
- Assist with test runs, first articles, and process documentation updates
- Analyze rejects, conduct time studies, and recommend improvements
- Lead and document corrective actions using structured problem-solving tools
- Develop test plans, experiments, and data collection methods to refine processes
- Train operators in both line and classroom settings
- Contribute to new part process planning and ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned (include this in all descriptions)
- Minimum: Associate’s degree in a technical field (Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Chemistry, Materials Science, etc.)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and quality standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear communicator with the ability to make sound decisions
