Position Overview
We are seeking an Inside Sales Lead to manage, qualify, and monitor all inbound leads while also supporting key business development initiatives and events. This role is the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in driving revenue by ensuring every opportunity is properly vetted, nurtured, and strategically advanced.
This is not an admin role, this is a sales-focused position responsible for maximizing lead conversion, supporting pipeline growth, and contributing to brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Response
Respond to all inbound leads (web, phone, email, referrals) quickly and professionally
Ensure rapid response times to increase conversion rates
Lead Qualification
Qualify prospects based on budget, timeline, project scope, and location
Identify high-value opportunities and prioritize accordingly
Sales Pipeline Coordination
Schedule consultations for sales/design/maintenance team members
Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads with detailed notes
CRM Management (HubSpot)
Own and maintain all lead data within HubSpot
Track pipeline stages, monitor deal statuses, and ensure data accuracy as well as process adherence.
Build and improve workflows, automations, dashboards and reporting
Business Development Event Support
Assist in planning and coordinating company participation in events (home shows, networking events, client events, etc.)
Manage lead capture processes before, during, and after events in conjunction with marketing
Ensure all event-generated leads are properly entered, tagged, and followed up on in CRM
Support pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up campaigns
Track event ROI, including lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Reporting & Accountability
Track KPIs such as response time, conversion rates, booked appointments, and event performance
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly etc. insights and recommendations
Qualifications
5 years in inside sales, lead coordination, or sales support
Strong experience with HubSpot (required)
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and text)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads
Sales mindset with a focus on conversion and results
Preferred Experience
Experience in landscaping, construction, or home services industries
Familiarity with high-end or design-build project sales
CRM automation, reporting and workflow building experience
