We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our direct to Dealer focused sales team. The successful candidate is required to have firearms, hunting, knife and outdoor industry experience. They will be responsible for generating new leads and closing sales deals to exceed monthly targets. They will be passionate about sales, driven, competitive and confident in their ability to sell our products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Retain and maintain Customers in a designated region and/or market channel of the USA, generating sales and representing the full product line that Hogue manufactures and represents.
- Line Reviews: Collaborate with our Sales Analyst. Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and potential gaps in their product offerings. Use this information to recommend specific products or product categories to add, remove, or adjust within their assortment.
- Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers through research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showing the benefits and value of our products.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, achieving sales targets and generating revenue for the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Attend industry events and conferences, work at our booths and stay up to date on the latest industry trends and network with potential clients.
Requirements
- Firearms, hunting, knives and outdoor industry experience required.
- Experience in B2B sales and knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong to advanced skill level in Excel, CRM and sales database.
Location & Commitments:
- Full-time, permanent position located at facility in Henderson, NV
- A consistent five 8-hour shifts schedule.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods in a stationary position.
- Frequent use of computer equipment.
Eligibility Requirements
- Pass pre-employment medical physical and drug screening.
- Clear a Federal Criminal Background Check (ATF permit requirement).
- Provide documentation of eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
