We’re looking for a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to prepare financial statements, support audits, and develop financial models that drive decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, a track record of accurate reporting under deadlines, and close collaboration with leadership. You can expect to be onsite 4 days a week with one day remote.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA a plus)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting
- Proven experience preparing financial statements and supporting audits
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP or financial systems (R365) a plus
- Public accounting experience is plus, but not required
- Experience in financial modeling and data-driven analysis
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure audit-ready documentation
- Develop and maintain financial models to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership on key trends and variances
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial reporting deadlines and special projects
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and analysis
- Report directly to Controllers on deliverables and timelines
