What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Maintenance position at Hoglund Body & Equipment, Inc?
Hoglund Body & Equipment is a commercial vehicle body repair shop, with two locations in Monticello, Minnesota. We are currently seeking a full-time facility maintenance person to keep the shop, offices, facilities, and equipment in excellent condition. This individual will conduct general preventative maintenance and improve overall safety of the facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform and/or coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, buildings, and grounds.
- Repair doors, lighting, flooring, walls, fixtures, and other building components.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and completed repairs.
- Maintain grounds surrounding the facilities (ice/snow removal, groundskeeping, litter removal, etc.).
- Keep fleet vehicles in proper working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
