What You’ll Do
- Oversee cost accounting processes including standard costing, cost roll-ups, variance analysis, and absorption reporting
- Monitor production variances, labor efficiency, overhead allocation, scrap, and inventory valuation
- Provide financial guidance to operations regarding margin improvement and cost control
- Continuous audits of internal controls and business workflows
- Help maintain and optimize Acumatica ERP/accounting systems
- Participate in system upgrades, integrations, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Assist with annual/quarterly audits, renewals and filings with outside agencies
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business objectives
- Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations and supporting analysis May provide support and training to the accounting department
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience in manufacturing environment, including cost accounting
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000
Location: Escalon, CA (On-Site)
