Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of attorney recruiting and talent initiatives in our Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional with legal or professional services experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys delivering an exceptional candidate experience.


In this role, you will partner closely with the Legal Recruitment Manager, Western Region, Denver office leadership, and the broader U.S. Attorney Talent team to coordinate associate, judicial clerk, lateral attorney, patent agent, and summer associate recruiting activities, while also supporting associate development programs and talent initiatives.


What You'll Do

  • Coordinate all aspects of attorney recruitment, including application management, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer tracking.
  • Support law school recruiting efforts, including OCI programs, job fairs, and campus recruiting events.
  • Serve as a key liaison with candidates, law schools, search firms, hiring managers, and recruiting committees.
  • Coordinate recruiting events, networking receptions, and the Denver Summer Associate Program.
  • Manage onboarding activities for new attorneys and associates, ensuring a seamless transition into the firm.
  • Maintain recruiting data, reporting, metrics, and compliance tracking with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Partner with internal teams including Finance, IT, and Human Resources to support recruiting operations and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with special projects, budget tracking, and mentoring junior team members as needed.


Qualifications

  • 2 years of legal recruiting or campus recruiting coordination experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Experience independently managing recruiting processes in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience with law school recruiting platforms such as Symplicity and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.


Preferred Systems Experience: viRecruit, LawCruit, FloRecruit, and Workday.


Work Schedule

This position follows a hybrid schedule, with four days in the office and one day remote. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility to work additional hours during peak recruiting periods, particularly from May through August.


In Denver, the expected base salary range for this role is $61,000 to $67,000 per year.
