Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. This is a part-time position.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks and serving food, ensuring the bar area is clean and organized, and delivering an outstanding experience for our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages for consumption by guests according to Company recipes and standards
- Store prepared and unprepared beverages according to the Company's health and safety standards and related laws and regulations
- Clean beverage equipment, tools, and work areas
- Handle financial transactions with guests
- Keep accurate records of beverages prepared and served
- Actively participate in employee meetings
- Complete shift checklists
- Report tampering with or malfunctioning equipment
- Keep accurate financial records and make deposits of cash and financial records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and organizing the liquor room
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
- Perform other assignments and tasks as directed by Management
Skills
- Proven experience as a bartender
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately.
- Proficiency with MICROS POS systems for processing orders and payments.
- A passion for mixology with an eagerness to learn new techniques and recipes.
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a valid San Bernardino County Food Handler card or the willing ability to obtain one within 7 days of hire
- Must have California RBS serving number and certification or the willing ability to obtain one within 7 days of hire
