Office Administrator

This position is in direct support of the operations of the Company. We are a subcontractor that installs commercial glass and doors.  You will be required to communicate directly with the President and Corporate Controller. Duties will include weekly payroll, reporting certified payroll and reporting hours worked to the Union. Accounts payable entry of approved invoices. Assist in the monthly billing cycle along with providing customers with any required documentation such as lien waivers and certified payroll report. Create and maintain job folders.  Enter job budgets and schedule of values.  Other general administrative duties
