Hog Slat, Inc., the world’s leading provider of parts, equipment and turn-key construction to the swine & poultry industries is seeking a Construction Site Material Delivery Driver to deliver products from our Guymon, OK warehouse, to our Northwest Texas ((North of Amarillo near Sunray) construction site
As a Construction Site Material Delivery Driver, your primary responsibilities will include loading, transporting and delivering products to designated locations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.
- Necessary to have some mechanical aptitude
- Use of basic hand tools is a must
- Ability to perform pre-trip inspection to ensure loads are secured correctly
- Ensure all required wide load signage and flags are in place and visible
- Responsible for truck/trailer and all safety equipment being in proper working condition
- Be professional and courteous at all times
Skill/Knowledge Required:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience/educational background:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience/educational background:
- Must have a current/valid medical card or possess the ability to obtain one
- Must comply with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Regulations
- Class A CDL is required
- Approved safe driving record
- Flexible to work in house when no deliveries are on schedule
- Minimum of 3 yrs experience is preferred
