Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of three to five years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, enrollment management, event planning, higher education administration, marketing, communications, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale events and multiple concurrent projects. Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and managing complex operational processes. Proficiency with CRM systems, databases, Microsoft Office applications, and event management technologies. Occasional travel for regional recruitment events and off-campus programs. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and assessment skills.

Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience with Slate CRM . Experience in undergraduate admissions, enrollment management, or recruitment event planning. Budget development and management experience.
