We are hiring **Diesel Technicians of all experience levels** to join our Douglas, Wyoming shop. Whether you're a **new tech school graduate** starting your career or a **seasoned diesel tech** who can run a bay independently, we have a place for you on our team. You'll work on a fleet of oilfield trucks, tankers, and pneumatic trailers that keep our operations moving.
## **Key Responsibilities**
Depending On Experience, Duties May Include
### **Entry-Level / Newer Tech Tasks**
Perform routine services (oil changes, filters, PMs, tires, brakes)
Assist senior techs with diagnostics and larger repairs
Learn tanker, pump, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Help maintain a clean and safe shop
Complete basic repair documentation
### **Experienced / Senior Tech Tasks**
Diagnose and repair engines, electrical systems, emissions, and drivetrains
Perform major repairs (clutches, transmissions, powertrain, pumps, hydraulics)
Work independently and manage complex repairs with minimal oversight
Complete DOT inspections and ensure compliance
Mentor junior techs and help build shop efficiency
## **Qualifications**

### **For Entry-Level Applicants**
Recent diesel/auto tech school graduation OR hands-on mechanical experience
Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems
Willingness to learn and take direction
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
### **For Experienced Applicants**
3--10 years diesel mechanic experience (oilfield/heavy-duty preferred)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Experience with tankers, pneumatics, hydraulics, or welding is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage repair flow
