Whether you're a new tech school graduate starting your career or a seasoned diesel tech who can run a bay independently, we have a place for you on our team. Entry-Level / Newer Tech Tasks
- Perform routine services (oil changes, filters, PMs, tires, brakes)
- Assist senior techs with diagnostics and larger repairs
- Learn tanker, pump, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Help maintain a clean and safe shop
- Complete basic repair documentation
- Diagnose and repair engines, electrical systems, emissions, and drivetrains
- Perform major repairs (clutches, transmissions, powertrain, pumps, hydraulics)
- Work independently and manage complex repairs with minimal oversight
- Complete DOT inspections and ensure compliance
- Mentor junior techs and help build shop efficiency
