Residential Construction Project Manager (Additions & New Homes)
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential remodeling and new home projects.

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in residential remodeling or home building
- Proven experience managing additions and new home construction
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
- Comprehensive understanding of residential construction practices and sequencing
- Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members
Important Qualification
This position requires direct experience in residential remodeling and home construction.
Candidates whose experience is primarily in commercial construction or other industries will not be considered.
