About the Role
The Associate Channel Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Channel Manager as the key liaison between customers and the company. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Design, New Product Development, Manufacturing, and Sales to develop and execute custom programs for key accounts. From managing product setup and sourcing to supporting strategic business plans, you’ll help drive sales growth, product accuracy, and overall profitability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead customer program development from inception through delivery, including product mix, packaging, and program P&L
- Manage sourcing efforts for custom products across internal and external partners
- Develop deep expertise in assigned customers and related channels of trade
- Maintain internal and external documents and databases, including item setup, sourcing materials, and quoting documents
- Ensure accuracy of all product information across internal and customer-facing systems
- Support the Channel Manager with forecasting, budgeting, timelines, due dates, and communication of sales feedback
- Assist with the packaging approval process and ensure accuracy of all packaging formats and details
- Contribute to customer presentations alongside the Channel Manager
- Collect and analyze customer POS data, internal sales data, and profitability metrics to support business decisions
- Support development of pricing strategies that maximize customer profitability, market share growth, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate customer mockup and production sample requests, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities
- Motivated, independent self-starter able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive, customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of related experience
