This is a Team driven fast paced position that handles the process of 5 components: Robot Polishing, Shot Blasting, Manual Filing, Inspection, and Packing. Attention to detail is crucial as you will inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential, as is following safety protocols and guidelines.
To be successful in this role, previous experience in a similar position is preferred. Mechanical knowledge and aptitude are important, as well as familiarity with robotics.
Experience:
- Previous experience in Robotics is a MUST
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret programming prints
- Quality/Inspection - Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours on a rotating basis between components
- Strong mathematical skills
- 2nd shift position. Must be able to train on day shift 7am-3pm for 30 days and then transition to 2nd shift 3pm-11pm

- Operate and maintain hand and power tools to ensure efficient production processes.
- Assemble components on the robotic line while adhering to quality standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment in the factory.
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material requirements.
