What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Coordinator position at Hoffman?
We are currently looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Prepare and check all vouchers for payment
- Handle all vendors
- Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
- Assist in monthly closing
- Assists with accounts receivable and special projects , as needed
- Print all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files
- Perform other administrative duties as need
Specific qualifications for the role include:
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively organize in order to meet deadlines
- Be detail oriented
- Strong Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook skills
