Pay range starting at $16.00-$20.00 per hour.

Everyone is hired in on a 30-Day probationary period. After 30 days you will be eligible for a raise based on performance & attendance.

Job Requirements:

• You must be a reliable, trustworthy, honest person.
• Good work ethic & good attendance are required.

• We work Monday - Friday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM. If it rains during the week, you must be able to work on Saturday.
• Work through the fall and possible winter months.
• Must be able to read directions.
• Detail-oriented -- Quality and precision-focused.
• Team-oriented -- Cooperative and collaborative
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature.
• Ability to or to learn to drive a truck & trailer.
• Driver's license preferred but not required.

Job Description:

• You will be mowing /string trimming residential & commercial properties. Learn to use the newest and most advanced equipment in the industry. On a daily basis, you will be using Zero-turn stand on Lawn Mowers, Stihl string trimmers, and chainsaws. Skid steers, Mini Skid Steers, Dump trucks, and a whole lot more. No experience with power tools and equipment, no problem! We will teach you.
• Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to skid steer, mini-skid steer, bed edgers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, & hedge trimmers.
• Ability Drive a truck & trailer (skill not required, we will teach you)
