What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN 1st Shift position at Hoffman Homes Inc.?
Schedule: 4 Days on/ 4 Days off (6:30 AM to 4:30 PM)
Hoffman Homes INC. is a community of employees gathered on one campus to help children understand and manage their mental health diagnosis.
We are located just outside of Gettysburg, PA. You will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional medical team and develop close relationships with the youth in care. Our nurses play a vital role in encouraging them to succeed with their treatment goals.
The nurses at HH attend to the basic medical needs of the youth.
General duties include:
· Medication Administration
· Injury and Illness Assessment
· Medical Preparation for Home Passes and Discharges
· Admission Assessment
· Communication with Psychiatrists, Physicians, Guardians, and the Treatment Team regarding medical-related concerns.
The position requires a Pennsylvania License as Practical Nurse. Multistate/compact state licenses accepted.
All necessary clearances and background checks will be processed.
