Hoffman Car Wash is seeking driven individuals for our Management Fast Track Program, a four-month training experience designed to prepare you for a supervisory or assistant management position.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations
- Oversee, develop and support team members
- Open or close the store as a key holder
- Provide training and performance feedback
- Greet and assist customers with a smile in the car wash line
- Sell and enroll customers in our Unlimited Plan
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities and grounds
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid Drivers license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A team player with a solid work ethic
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for one weekend day and evening shifts
