What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle Driver position at Hoffman Auto Group?
Role Purpose:
To provide transportation for our valued customers while their vehicles are being serviced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a courteous and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times
- Assist customers in and out of the vehicle as needed
- Keep accurate records of all shuttle trips, destinations, and passenger logs
- Perform daily inspection of the shuttle vehicle (fuel level, cleanliness, tire pressure, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and the service department team regarding customer pick-up and drop-off schedules
- Provide basic dealership information and promote a positive image of the Honda brand
- Follow all traffic laws and dealership policies regarding customer service and safety
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, drive, and operate a vehicle for extended periods
- Ability to assist passengers in and out of the vehicle as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs if necessary
