What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audi East Hartford Service Lot Attendant position at Hoffman Auto Group?
Role Purpose
Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient handling of customer and company/owned vehicles.
Leadership
This position does not lead others.
Core Accountabilities
- Greet all customers entering the service area and direct customers to service-write up area. (as needed) Tag vehicles and install mats and seat covers. Park all vehicles in appropriate locations.
- Maintain organized lot in order to provide easy access for customers. Includes removing any debris and snow.
- Maintain loaner vehicles. Wash, fill gas tanks and park in designated area. Inform management of any mechanical or body repairs needed.
- Clean, wash and detail customer vehicles, shop and service drive as needed.
- Maintain drive thru and shop cleanliness, help remove shop trash, waste metal and cardboard twice a week
Competencies and Qualifications
1. High School Diploma
2. Valid driver’s license.
3. 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
4. Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
5. Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
6. Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
7. Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
Salary : $16 - $19
