- Perform inspections and pest control treatments for residential or commercial customers
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Educate customers on prevention and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and route documentation
- Operate company vehicles safely and professionally
- Represent the Hoffer brand with integrity and professionalism
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a service route
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Pest control experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
