What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Hoffer Consulting Services?

My client, a small regional law firm seeking an administrative assistant to assist in all aspects of administrative office responsibilities include but are not limited to typing, filing, copying, appointment scheduling, mail, online document filing, answering phones.

This person will:

1. Be able to work independently through following remote direction – including the ability to communicate effectively through emails and traditional letters

2. Have a great attention to detail

3. Be able to work with Microsoft Office Suite

4. Have a positive attitude and a willingness to take on any task assigned

5. Work collaboratively as a team

6. Serve as back up to others in the office as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
