About The Job:
We are seeking a second Customer Service Processing Supervisor to join our team! Our team is rapidly growing, and it is too big for just one supervisor. You will be responsible for collaborating with the current supervisor by leading the team, providing service information, and resolving issues.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
· Manage daily workflow and operations in processing department.
· Lead and supervise team, including training, coaching, and development of staff.
· Handle reviewing process of detailed information for clients,
· Provide information about our services to clients.
· Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns.
· Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complex complaints or issues.
· Document and update team records based on interactions.
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services.
· Collaborate with other departments.
· Enforce company policies and procedures.
· Interview and select new Agents.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You Will Bring:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 3 years of customer service experience.
· Previous experience supervising a customer service or sales team.
· Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to build rapport with clients.
· Ability to prioritize and multitask.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Positive attitude, flexibility, and a high level of professionalism
