- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive work environment
- Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to safety standards
- Conduct staff training sessions on food safety, food handling, customer service, and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to minimize waste and optimize food costs; coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Oversee shift management by coordinating front-of-house and kitchen activities to ensure smooth service during busy hours
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols in all areas of operation
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and developing staff to build a strong team capable of delivering top-tier hospitality
- Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams within casual dining or fine dining environments
- Knowledge of inventory control methods and food management practices to reduce waste and control costs
- Strong background in restaurant management including shift management, staff training & development, and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and health regulations across the food industry
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and operational planning within hospitality settings
- Excellent communication skills for interviewing candidates, training staff, and collaborating with upper management
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of service quality
