Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the AEC industry, with emphasis in sustainability initiatives, required. Experience managing LEED checklist and scorecards required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, strong written and oral communication skills and meet deadlines. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be detail oriented and able to perform each essential duty effectively.
- Ability to demonstrate effective conflict resolution skills, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently and decisively take action.
- Understanding of and experience in different building typologies, systems and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage all aspects of projects, clients and key staff.
- Strong presentation skills and professional presence, with desire and ability to present to clients, design partners and specific audiences.
