What You'll Do
As a Front of the House Team Member, you’ll be the first friendly face our customers see when they walk through the door. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting every customer with a warm and friendly attitude. - Accurately processing cash, credit card, and digital payments. - Assisting customers with menu items, bakery products, deli selections, and daily specials. - Packaging bakery and deli items for customers. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked front counter and dining area. - Restocking displays, beverages, and grab-and-go items as needed. - Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally. - Following food safety, sanitation, and company policies. - Collaborating with bakery and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
