The Opportunity
This is an entry-level position designed to train the next generation of skilled Installers. You will be immediately paired with experienced Installers for hands-on, supportive training in the installation of windows and doors. This role is ideal for high school graduates or anyone seeking a fulfilling career change, offering a guaranteed path for promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Installer with all aspects of on-site window and door installation work.
- Prepare and organize materials and tools for the job.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Actively participate in training to learn the skills necessary for promotion to Installer.

Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary, we train the right person!
- Must be a dependable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is required (basic communication is sufficient).
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
