Job Overview
Hodges Rentals LLC is seeking a reliable, experienced maintenance technician to perform repairs, renovations and general upkeep on residential rental properties, primarily mobile homes in Hodgenville, KY.
We are looking for someone who is versatile, dependable and capable of completing most maintenance tasks independently.
Responsibilities
Plumbing repairs, including toilets, faucets, drains and leaks.
Minor electrical repairs within legal licensing requirements.
HVAC troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
Drywall repair, painting and trim installation.
Flooring installation and repair.
Door, window and cabinet repairs.
Appliance installation and troubleshooting.
General remodeling and preparing vacant properties for new tenants.
Responding to tenant maintenance requests.
Qualifications
Previous residential maintenance or handyman experience.
Must have reliable transportation and basic tools.
Experience working on mobile homes preferred.
Ability to diagnose problems and work independently.
Good communication and dependable scheduling.
References from previous maintenance or remodeling work preferred.
Schedule and compensation
Part-time, as needed, with opportunities for additional work as the rental portfolio grows. Compensation based on experience and the type of work performed.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
