ABOUT THIS ROLE
Hodges Badge Company has been making award ribbons, medals, trophies, and recognition products for over 100 years. As a Warehouse Associate / Materials Handler, you're the backbone of our production floor — keeping raw materials flowing so our manufacturing team can do their best work. You'll work in a clean, temperature-controlled facility with a team that takes pride in what they build together.

Full-Time
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime available based on business needs

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Receiving & Inventory
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and quality
- Store materials in designated locations and maintain organized inventory
- Assist with inventory counts and report any discrepancies
Material Handling
- Retrieve and deliver materials to production departments throughout the facility
- Accurately track materials issued to manufacturing
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Support rush orders and priority production needs
General Warehouse
- Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance issues
- Participate in team meetings and training programs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certified, or willing to become certified
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs and operate pallet equipment safely
