What You'll Do:
- Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet transportation goals. Maintain clear and effective communication channels with team members. Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly.
- Administrative Duties: Assist in the allocation of tasks to drivers. Ensure that work is performed efficiently and in accordance with established procedures. Record and maintain accurate data, ensuring real-time tracking, accuracy and timeliness in preparing shipments. Generate and maintain documentation such as shipping labels, packing lists, and receipts. Organize and maintain paperwork, files, and records related to the shuttle transportation business.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, or delivery delays. Assist in finding solutions to improve the shuttle transportation business.
- Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by upholding safety protocols and promoting a safety-first culture among all employees.
