Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective tenants in person to understand their housing needs and preferences.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to showcase available units effectively.
- Stay informed on industry trends, local market conditions, and fair housing regulations to provide accurate advice and uphold ethical standards.
- Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate move-ins, lease renewals, and tenant communications seamlessly.
Skills
- Strong marketing abilities to attract potential tenants through various channels.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities preferred to serve diverse client bases better.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations to ensure equitable treatment of all applicants.
