A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PRODUCTION WORKER:
As a Production Operator, you operate and troubleshoot equipment to ensure our products meet or exceed customer expectations. You understand and follow standard operating and safety procedures and participate in wash-down activities. Each day, you document production levels and report them to your supervisor. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you excel with minimal direction.You have the opportunity to expand your knowledge through cross-training programs. Your attention to detail helps you keep your work area and machinery clean and well-maintained. You value the variety of duties you perform throughout your day and consistently keep quality and safety top of mind.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
