What You’ll Do
- Lead camp activities like sports, arts & crafts, swimming, archery, STEAM projects, and field trips.
- Create a safe, positive, and energetic environment that celebrates YMCA’s core values—Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
- Be a role model and mentor, encouraging campers to try new things, build friendships, and grow in confidence.
- Collaborate with fellow staff to plan creative theme days, games, and adventures that campers will never forget.
- Keep campers safe, engaged, and smiling from morning assembly to closing circle.
