The Early Learning Center at the Invensys Foxboro Branch of the Hockomock Area YMCA is seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our team! We are hiring part-time Assistant Teachers. Available shifts include Monday through Friday, 3-6pm. This position supports our youngest learners in a nurturing, engaging, and mission-driven early childhood environment.

Essential Functions
- Provides supervision and guidance to children in their care.
- Follows all health policies, YMCA policies, and EEC regulations.
- Actively participates in at least two YMCA family events and all childcare family events.
- Promptly communicates any concerns to a Teacher or Lead Teacher.
- Assists in creating and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Attends and completes professional development as required by EEC.
