Join Our Team as a Pre-K Teacher!
Do you have a passion for working with children and making a difference every day? The Hockomock Area YMCA is looking for a caring, creative, and dedicated Full-Time Pre-K Teacher to join our Childcare Center at the Early Learning Center at the Invensys Foxboro Branch.
As a Pre-K Teacher, you’ll play an important role in helping children learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. You’ll guide daily activities, spark curiosity, and build positive relationships with both children and families.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified candidate with an EEC Teacher Certificate
- A love of working with young children and a commitment to their development
- A team player who is enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to bring positive energy to the classroom
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supervising and guiding children in daily activities
- Supporting children during enrichment programs
- Partnering with parents through daily communication
- Participating in staff meetings, family events, and at least three YMCA community events each year
- Following all health policies, YMCA guidelines, and EEC regulations

- EEC Certified Teacher (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred
