Revenue Cycle Analyst - Full Time, M-F

Hocking Valley Community Hospital (HVCH) is looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst to become part of our supportive and hardworking team.

• Business Office, Full Time, M-F
• Day shift with occasional 2nd/3rd shift to train employees as needed
• Pay range is $23.11/hr to $28.87/hr based on experience
• Shift differential pay as applicable

Our Desired Candidate Will Have

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CRCR, HFMA) a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in revenue cycle operations or healthcare financial analysis, preferably in a hospital or healthcare system setting.
• Coding experience or willing to obtain formal training from a professional training program within a year of hire.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. EPIC).
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to teach others and participate in interdisciplinary teams.
