Job Overview
The Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials and finished goods. This position oversees inventory control, shipping and receiving activities, staffing, training, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Warehouse Manager works closely with Production, Customer Service, Planning, Quality, and Transportation partners to ensure customer expectations are met while maintaining high standards for safety, accuracy, productivity, and team performance.
Duties
Leadership and Staffing:
● Lead and supervise all warehouse, shipping, and receiving personnel.
● Establish daily priorities and assign work to ensure efficient warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.
● Develop, coach, train, and evaluate warehouse employees to support performance, engagement, and professional growth.
● Participate in employee discipline, corrective actions, and performance management when necessary.
Inventory and Materials Management:
● Ensure accurate receipt, storage, inventory management, and shipment of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods.
● Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
● Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately documented and entered into the ERP system.
Performance and Continuous Improvement:
● Monitor warehouse key performance indicators, including shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, and on-time delivery.
● Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Safety and Compliance:
● Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and warehouse operating procedures.
● Manage equipment utilization and ensure forklifts and warehouse equipment are operated safely and maintained appropriately.
● Support internal and external audits as required.
Collaboration and Communication:
● Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Customer Service teams to support plant objectives and customer requirements.
● Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and material flow to support safe and efficient operations.

Experience
● Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience required.
● Minimum of 3 years' supervisory or management experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
● Minimum of 5 years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
● Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
● Experience managing inventory control processes, cycle counting, and shipping/receiving processes.
● Proficient with ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
● Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
● Forklift certification, or ability to obtain certification, required.
● Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
● Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or related operational improvement experience preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
