What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute residential electrical installations, upgrades, and project work
- Oversee job sites to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
- Guide and support apprentices and team members on installs
- Communicate clearly with customers, providing recommendations and updates
- Coordinate with dispatch, management, and team members to ensure smooth project flow
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and professionalism
- Strong experience in residential electrical installation work
- Previous leadership or lead installer experience preferred
- Ability to read plans, troubleshoot, and manage install projects
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Dependability, professionalism, and a high level of accountability
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and confined areas
- Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
- Work in varying weather conditions
- Safely operate tools and equipment requiring manual dexterity
