What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform high-quality installations, repairs, and upgrades in compliance with NEC standards
- Communicate clearly with customers, providing solutions and recommendations
- Collaborate with dispatch, management, and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver professional, top-tier customer service on every job
- Active Journeyman Electrician license (Wisconsin preferred or ability to transfer)
- Experience in residential and/or service electrical work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfort working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and confined areas
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong manual dexterity to safely operate tools and equipment
