What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master's Level Outpatient Mental Health Clinician position at HOCKANUM VALLEY COMMUNITY COUNCIL?
HVCC is a community human services agency in operation for over 50 years, with the clinic providing services over the past 27 years, recently expanding our service footprint from Vernon to Norwich nearly 4 years ago. We look to expand programming in the coming months and years to an area who is in great need of providers. This full-time clinical position is funded by a judicial contract to treat and monitor individuals with persistent mental health conditions in a clinical jail diversionary program at our Norwich office. In addition to clinical service, this role offers case management interventions, insulated by other program staff and agency case management. We offer a thorough and detailed onboarding process, along with weekly individual and group clinical supervision, and a nurturing work environment. This position does not include on-call duties, direct supervision of staff, and is a Monday – Friday opportunity. HVCC offers competitive compensation consisting of a full benefits package including 3 weeks paid time off, 40 hours of sick time, 11 holidays plus birthday off; medical, dental, vision and life insurance; retirement savings plan with 3% employer match; and flexibility with schedule as needed. Are you a licensed, or licensed tracked Master’s Level Behavioral Health Professional who may be interested in joining our dynamic team? If so, you are encouraged to apply.
