Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team is a family-operated design-build firm specializing in high-end residential remodeling projects. We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to help coordinate field operations and support the Superintendent across multiple active job sites.
This position is a good fit for someone with hands-on remodeling experience who can assist with jobsite coordination, communicate effectively, and contribute to finishing work when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations and coordination
- Support project scheduling, inspections, and trade sequencing
- Complete finish work and punch list items (trim, cabinets, hardware, touch-ups)
- Help with material pickups, deliveries, and jobsite setup
- Maintain project documentation, including logs, photos, and receipts
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members
- Help ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and safe
- Experience in residential remodeling required (kitchens, bathrooms, or additions preferred)
- Ability to perform basic finish carpentry and punch work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in occupied residential environments
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Experience with project management tools (JobTread, Buildertrend, or similar) is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Hourly pay: $28 to $35, depending on experience
- Full-time W-2 employment
