Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt down and secure new commercial accounts, including property managers, facility managers, and insurance adjusters.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers to become their trusted restoration partner.
- Conduct site visits, deliver persuasive presentations, and educate clients on how our solutions get businesses back to work quickly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Track leads, opportunities, and results in the CRM; hit and exceed aggressive sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to dominate the market.
- Proven B2B sales experience—restoration, construction, or facilities management a plus.
- Strong network in commercial property management, insurance, or real estate industries is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of crushing sales goals.
- Ability to translate technical restoration solutions into clear client value.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
