We are seeking a friendly and energetic team member to join our Hocaa Bubble Tea Shop. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving bubble tea and other beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized shop.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service while maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor
- Prepare and serve our signature bubble tea and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized shop, including keeping equipment and surfaces clean and sanitized
- Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions with accuracy
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of customers and staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the shop
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
